HOME SWEET HOME.....LET IT BE SO!







Here on Planet Norwood....Tj and I have spent the last few months spending alot of time searching for a new home.

The home we are living in, at this time, is a really nice home, but it's a leased home and we are ready to own again. This home isn't ours and never will be...because it's not for sale and won't be.

We have really enjoyed living here though. It's a 60's style home, has plenty of room and has personality...but we are looking to own a newer home and our lease is up in May. (You may think that the month of May is still a few months away...and it is...but by the time you close on a house and take time to move in...the month of May will be here!) And after our last move....I want to move slowly!!....And only across town! Not Moon to Planet!

Today we submitted a bid for the third time. (The third time's the charm, right?) The two other homes that we had bid on before, didn't come together for us for one reason or another. On the first home....it already had a contingency bid on it, and the sellers wanted to stay with that bid....and on the second home....the sellers were just not ready to sell....which ended up being good for us....because we came to the conclusion that their house was just too small for us anyway. (Why they are even advertizing to sell it, amazes me!)

So......Since we believe that "things are meant to be"....then we are glad that the other two homes fell through.

The home that we bid on today is just gorgeous! It's big, (3300 square feet) and beautiful and is sitting on a "double lot" AND....on a cul-de-sac, with a "green belt" park behind it. (We like neighbors....but not too close...LOL!) There definately would be plenty of room for all five of the four legged Johnsonville Brats to run around and play. Anyway....we are hoping to get some "good news" on our bid over the weekend.

So wish us luck....we're ready to hang that "Home Sweet Home" sign.
